If you are trying to create a healthy diet for yourself, you cannot overlook the importance that fiber will play. The main benefits you’ll receive from dietary fiber include improvements in the cardiovascular and digestive system along with providing a high degree of satiety.

Unfortunately, in today’s world of over consumption of processed foods, a high fiber diet is hard to come by. Here are the top facts about fiber you need to know.

Promotion Of A Healthy Digestive System

Fiber’s primary role in the body is going to be to help promote a healthy digestive system. It does this by helping to keep the intestines in proper working order and prevent the accumulation of cholesterol along the lining.

Lowering Your Bad Cholesterol Levels

Another thing high fiber foods will do, is help to decrease the level of LDL cholesterol that’s seen in the blood. They do this by binding with the dietary cholesterol you take in while it’s in the small intestine and then removing it from the body.

Therefore, a high fiber diet can be a very good defense against the heart disease.

Fiber And Weight Loss Women who are consuming high fiber diets on a regular basis generally maintain a much lower weight than those who don’t, simply because they typically consume fewer total calories as a result.

Because it takes fiber a long time to be digested by the body, this means you will stay feeling fuller longer than if you would have done without it.

Since it is your end of the day total calorie intake that determines weight gain or weight loss, this is absolutely essential for weight loss.

Getting Enough Fiber

It’s recommended, when it comes to being sure you are getting enough fiber in your diet, to try and average 14 grams per 1000 calories you eat. Most women will have diets consisting between 1500 and 2000 calories, depending on your body weight and activity levels, so that will translate to 21-28 grams of fiber total.

Increase Your Intake Slowly

Be sure that if you have not been eating much fiber in your diet at all in the past few months, increase your intake slowly.

If you go from eating very little fiber a day to getting a very high dose, you will likely suffer from extreme digestive upset and will not feel well at all.

Try and increase the consumption over the period of a few weeks to ease this process.

Soluble Fiber

Soluble fiber is the type that plays the more predominant role in the lowering of bad cholesterol levels and is fully broken down the by the body. Sources to try and aim to consume include oat bran, oatmeal, beans, peas, rice bran, barley, and fruits.

Insoluble Fiber

Insoluble fiber, on the other hand is not digested by the body and rather, helps to slow down gastric emptying, causing that increased satiety effect discussed above. This is what will provide the biggest benefit when it comes to weight control for you.

Good sources of this type of fiber include whole-wheat breads, whole-wheat pasta, brown rice, wheat bran, cabbage, beets, carrots, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, and the skin of apples.

So, be sure you do not overlook the importance of fiber in your diet. If you do get your consumption levels in line, you will most definitely notice a change in how you feel, and more than likely, a change in how you look as well.

Choosing the best type of workout program that will stimulate the muscle fiber type that will get you the results you’re looking for is extremely important.

Unfortunately, all body building programs are not created equally when speaking in terms of muscle fiber types.

While you can’t differentiate between muscle fibers from your outside appearance, on the inside of the muscle tissue body, there are three main different fibers present.

Type A Fast-Twitch Muscle Fibers

The first type of muscle fibers are known as Type A Fast Twitch and are responsible for the most forceful contractions generated, however, will fatigue the fastest.

For example, if you were to perform an all out set of 3 reps for bench press, you would predominately be using these type A muscle fibers.

They tend to have very large motor neurons and very low mitochondrial density. They also have a low oxidative capacity, meaning they will not be able to utilize oxygen very well. It is for this reason that they are not suited to endurance type of activities, because during these exercise variations, oxygen must be present in order to sustain the muscular contractions.

The major type of fuel that these muscle fibers are going to rely on is creatine phosphate and stored muscle glycogen (glucose). They will not utilize stored body fat at all due to the fact that they are only able to continually contract for between one and about 20 seconds.

Type B Fast-Twitch Muscle Fibers

The next muscle fiber is also classified as a fast twitch muscle fiber but not to the extent that type A are.

This muscle fiber type is mostly utilized in activities that are relatively short in duration, but are not at an all out pace.

For example, if you were to sprint 100 meters, you’ll be using mostly type A. If on the other hand, you are to do a running interval at about 80-90% of your max capacity for 30 seconds, this would utilize the type 2A more.

Some of the characteristics of the type B muscle fibers are that they still have a large motor neuron (not as large as Type A though), they are on the intermediate scale as far as being resistant to fatigue, and they have a high degree of mitochondrial density.

These muscle fiber types are also able to use oxygen to a great extent, as demonstrated by their higher resistance to fatigue and longer duration of contraction abilities.

Slow Twitch

Finally, the third type of muscle fiber that you have in your body is classified as slow-twitch.

This is the muscle fiber type you would use if you were to run a marathon or any other extended duration, medium-to-low intensity activity.

These muscle fibers have a very high ability to resist fatigue and have a large oxidative capacity.

They are also relatively slow to contract, therefore you cannot expect a great deal of force generation from these muscles, and thus, will not be intended for exercises requiring a high degree of power.

They are very high in terms of mitochondrial density and have a large number of capillaries running throughout their bodies. This is to enable sufficient oxygen to get to the muscle tissues so that they can carry on the extended duration of muscular work they are intended to do.

These are also the muscle fibers that will also rely more on fat as fuel, as opposed to strictly using carbohydrates or creatine phosphate.

Training The Muscle Fiber Types

So, now that you’re familiar with the three major classes of muscle fiber types, it’s time to recognize how you would train each effectively.

Since type A are your primary force generators, if you wish to get a higher performance from them you’ll need to train using exercises that require you to max out your effort for a short period of time.

Think sprinting at full speed, 1-5 rep sets for lifting, and any type of plyometric activities.

Next, to train your type B muscles fibers you’ll want to slightly decrease the force with which you are to contract while simultaneously increasing the time over which you contract ever so slightly.

For example, perform 30-45 intervals repeated ten times with about a minute or a minute and a half at a low to moderate pace. For your weight training activities, aim to target the 6-10 rep range to utilize the fact these muscle fibers have a higher oxidation ability.

Finally, to improve your slow twitch muscle fibers, think endurance. This type of fiber will usually require the greatest amount of time to train for improvement because you’ll want to focus on simply going ‘longer’.

If you’re a runner, try and run longer. If you’re a biker, bike longer. If you’re a swimmer, swim longer – you get the point.

This type of muscle has the ability to go for extended periods of time so this is exactly what you want to train it to do.

So, next time you are trying to sort out your training plan make sure to take the various muscle fiber types into consideration.

Doing so will allow you to make the most out of your training program so you get the exact results you’re looking for.

I’m Going To Share A Secret That Sounds Interesting (at first)… But Will Then Make You Angry Like Me…

It’s not your fault that it’s a struggle to experience a jaw-dropping body transformation.

I would argue that the supplement, bodybuilding and diet mafia are responsible for your problems by hiding the truth from you.

It’s the same as pharmaceutical companies that are keeping you sick by treating the symptoms and never treating the actual cause of the disease. As you know, the reason they do this is because they want us to be sick so that we will continue to buy medications.

Lots of clients I initially consult with can’t understand why they can’t change their physique. They think they have bad genetics, a messed up metabolism or it has something to do with their age. Let me make something crystal clear to you right now – it’s not your fault, and I’ll explain why in a moment.

I Wish…

…that you just landed from Mars, and could avoid every muscle magazine, diet book and every supplement ad. If you were able to stop listening the magazines paid spokesmen and buying into their lies…

You would immediately have an UNFAIR ADVANTAGE during your body transformation and over the rest of the world out there.

You would easily be able to double your progress in half the amount of time…

Hopefully you don’t have to learn the hard way and waste thousands of hours and thousands of dollars on books, products and pills orchestrated by marketing geniuses.

That’s one reason I created my website. I got fed up with all the hopeful and frustrated people literally wasting their hard-earned money on bogus and useless bodybuilding supplements and short term gimmicks. I even see my own family and friends (some of them are even personal trainers) getting screwed by the greedy marketers in the fitness mafia who are selling JUNK that only leaves you further from your goals while they laugh all the way to the bank.

1. I’m angry with the WEIGHT LOSS MAFIA:

Here is a list of diets that have made MILLIONS of dollars yet have a 90% failure rate…

Low Calorie Diet

Atkins / Low Carb Diet

Low Fat Diet

South Beach Diet

Detox Diets

Weight  Watchers

Jenny Craig & NutriSystem

Acai Berry Diets

Can you say overwhelming and confusing?

There is so much misinformation in the weight loss and diet industry it’s sickening. In order to finally lose your belly fat and completely change the course of your health, you must forget all of the worthless information that is in the media today. If any of these diet programs worked so well would our planet be so overweight and unhealthy? Think about this for a moment – as a society we have never eaten like this in history yet we are more unhealthy than we have ever been.

Here is the reality – 90% of all the diet books at your book store are the EXACT same. You want to know the secret to writing a best selling diet book? It’s simple…

Be  DIFFERENT!

You need to be only slightly different!

All you need is ONE UNIQUE HOOK and you have an instant bestseller. 90% of your content can be the exact same as the last best-seller as long as you have a catchy name with a unique hook that has not been published before.

So if 90% of the diet info is the exact same as the last book – what makes you think that the 10% difference is the magical and miraculous solution this time? Come on, you’re smarter than that.

2. I’m angry with the SUPPLEMENT MAFIA:

I recommend you stop wasting hundreds and thousands of dollars on the following so-called muscle building supplements.

NO-Xplode

Animal Pack

Muscle Milk

Syntha-6

Super Pump 250

Cell Mass

Hydroxycut Hardcore

Lipo 6

Higher Power anything

SciVation Xtend

True Mass

Anabolic Halo

NaNO Vapor

L-Glutamine Powder

Bulgarian Tribulus

Fountain of Youth Human Growth Hormone

Acai bull shit juice aka glorified fruit juice

Max CLA

L-Tyrosine Powder

HMB Fuel

CLA All Natural

Myostatin Blocker

Liver Tablets

…do you really want me to keep going? I think you get the point.

Almost all bodybuilding supplements DON’T WORK and are a complete joke filled with artificial flavours, fillers, binders, glue, chemicals and poor absorption rates that costs a supplement company $3-10 to produce and sell for $50-100!

Here’s how it works. If you want to create a commodity product (low cost and high profit) then your cost for practically ANY supplement (protein powders are more expensive) is about $3 on average. If you’re paying more – you’re getting ripped off. If a supplement company is paying about $10 on average then it’s actually half decent! Crazy eh?

So to summarize – it costs the mafia $3-10 to make. They sell it to retailers like GNC or your local supplement story or online store you buy from for about $23-24. They sell it to you for $50-100! You see why the supplement mafia is laughing all the way to the bank?

Want to know the scary part? The next new supplement designed just for you, has the same crap in it that the last supplement had in it and the cycle will never die until we stop becoming suckers.

3. I am angry at the Bodybuilding Mafia aka Muscle Rags…

You’ve read all the major bodybuilding and fitness magazines, books and videos that rehash the same old BS each and every month…

Flex

Iron man

Muscular Development

Muscle & Fitness

Musclemag International

…and  others

Every bodybuilding magazine is owned and operated by a supplement company, which is why these mags look like massive supplement catalogs. The pages are filled with drug abusing bodybuilders who tell you to train for up to 2-hours a day that only leads to muscular losses.

Every bodybuilding magazine claims they have the answers. But in fact, it is their job to keep the real answers from you so you continue to buy the supplements on the next page.

Follow their advice to gain weight, build muscle and increase strength, and you’re guaranteed only one thing. 6 months from today, you will look just like you do now! And you’ll be pissed off.

Imitating the training pro bodybuilders works for the genetically gifted and drug user but has no practical relevance for average people like you and me.

People who are without gifted genetic potential, and don’t want syringe scars in our butts.

Not only is this training advice useless, but it will cause over-training, injuries and illness.

The so-called “experts” will not tell you that drugs and genetics were responsible for curing their problem of being a hardgainer. They claim it’s the supplements and “better training.”

Give me a break!

Even The “Free” Sites Are Not Spot Clean…

Heck, even the best free bodybuilding sites on the Internet have hidden intentions. I won’t mention any names but do you ever wonder how a “free” bodybuilding site can afford to pay it’s writers $2,000 to $3,000 an ARTICLE? Or how they can afford to put half their staff on six-figure contracts? One word: SUPPLEMENTS. Free bodybuilding sites are cleverly disguised supplement stores. I’m not saying it’s right or wrong – I just want you to be aware of what’s happening and why they are so happy to give you free content. They know you’ll buy their brand new supplement that has 10x bigger profit margins than selling books and DVD’s – it’s easy money for them.

And this is why I get mad at people who say, “I can get the same information for free at so-and-so site.” I won’t argue, some of the free sites hire the best fitness authorities in the world and deliver some of the best content which I think is great. Heck, some of the guys are even my close friends. Just be aware that every one of their articles is cleverly disguised around marketing supplements to support their programs when their programs would work just as well without the supplements.

Is Everyone Out To Scam You…?

There are a small handful of magazines and supplements who still follow a moral compass and I applaud those individuals who have our best interests in mind. I have nothing against companies profiting and making money as long as their is greater value exchanged to the end-user.

Ever since my eyes were exposed, I vowed to never hide behind stock photography; a well crafted sales page that over promises and under delivers or a cleverly disguised supplement store.

Behind all the deceit, greed and scams in the fitness market, I swore that I would be in the small handful of honest and passionate fitness trainers who make their living helping people, just like you, transform their lives with a no-nonsense approach.

I wouldn’t be able to continue crusading against the mafia, almost 3-years later, If I was scamming people. You would not be reading this letter because I would have been out of business almost 3 years ago.

Anyways, the good news is you’re finally here and you can avoid the problems above by sticking with us. You know that I am the one website that will tell it to you straight.

I’m Not Trying To Twist Your Arm…

I’ll admit – my No-Nonsense system is definitely not for everyone.  It’s not for wimps, over-analyzers, complainers, know-it-all’s or tire-kickers. It requires a level of commitment and seriousness that most just can’t cut.  The truth is that my stuff will work extremely effective if you fall into the following categories;

1. You’re angry. Not just at the mafia but angry and frustrated about your current level of progress.

2. You’re sick and tired of spinning your wheels and looking the way you do in the mirror.

3. You’re fed up with this ridiculous plateau you’ve hit and you know you deserve more for how hard you work.

Recovery is your secret weapon to making consistent muscular gains.

Yes, you know that but nobody shows you specifically HOW to recovery.

Typically, after almost all of my upper body workouts, I am so tight and gorged with blood I can barely take my shirt off and bring my hands to my hair while showering!

Not good, because when you have a 12 hour shift up next!

How Muscle Soreness Occurs

If you have had a similar experience than I applaud your workout intensity. If you have NOT had this experience than I have to question your workout intensity!

There are three main theories that result in muscle soreness.

Most muscle soreness occurs immediately following an activity and than has a delayed onset effect. Immediate muscle soreness is due to a buildup of metabolic by-products such as lactic acid and a lack of sufficient oxygen (ischemia).

Delayed onset muscle soreness (D.O.M.S.), which begins 24-72 hours after an activity, is not yet determined.

There are three theories which will have an impact on the degree of muscle soreness:

1. Muscle Damage.

As a result of repetitive contractions, microscopic tears occur within the muscle fibers themselves creating pain and leading to inflammation, which creates more pain.

2. Damage To The Connective Tissue.

Microscopic tears occur in the connective tissue particularly as a result of eccentric contractions, which are contractions in which the muscle lengthens rather than shortens. Downhill running and the lowering portion of the exercise is also know as negative work or eccentric work.

3. Ischemia/Spasm Cycle.

The lack of oxygen and build-up of metabolic by-products causes pain which causes the muscle to spasm. This further reduces the oxygen available, increases the metabolic by-products, and the viscous cycle continues.

Muscle soreness will occur when you push your limits, ‘out do’ yourself and expose your body to unaccustomed stress.

Combine this with either repetitive movements for extended periods of time; using jerky or explosive movements; stretching beyond normal range of motion and/or repeated eccentric contractions and OF COURSE your muscles are going to be sore.

You just kicked the crap out of them!

***To Relieve Muscle Soreness ***

To decrease muscle soreness you need to focus on the following:

1. Increase the blood flow and oxygen to the damaged area (to facilitate the breakdown of metabolic by-products, and the removal of debris, and to speed nutrients to the cells for healing).

2. Relax the muscles. Experiment with the following activities to determine which one helps reduce and relieve your soreness the quickest. Most likely it will be a combination and the sooner you do them after you train, the better.

A. Static Stretching.

Focus on slow and gradual stretching. Stretch each muscle just to where you begin to feel the stretch then hold that position until you feel the muscle let go. Do not bounce or force the muscle unless you want to create more harm than good.

B. Light Exercise.

Muscles that are not used will become stiff and take longer to become pain free. Gentle, non-stressful exercise will increase the circulation and relax your muscles.

3. Massage.

Good old fashioned massage acts much like light exercise or gentle stretching by increasing your circulation and coaxing the muscles to relax. The differences are that with massage you need do nothing other than simply enjoy, and the massage therapist can locate and work with those areas of your musculature most in need of attention.

4. Cold.

Cold water or ice breaks the pain/ischemia/spasm cycle by increasing the circulation and interfering with pain signals. Ice is also an excellent anti-inflammatory agent and will greatly speed healing. I run my muscles under cold water for 3-10 minutes after a workout.

5. Alternating Hot and Cold.

Since the thought of hot often seems more soothing it is included here, but in combination with cold. Hot water will relax muscles and increase circulation but will also increase inflammation and swelling within muscle fibers.

Therefore it is important to alternate with cold and end with cold. This can take the form of a sauna and swim, a whirlpool and cold plunge, a hot and cold shower or a hot bath and ice.

After 3-10 minutes of cold, run the hot shower on your legs for 1 minute. And than repeat a few times.

6. Movement In The Pool.

Water supports your muscles and makes them easier to use. If you are extremely sore it will be easier for you to use your muscles in the pool either walking, stretching, or gently swimming.

I trust that is more than enough to speed your recovery and return to battle!

Today I want to ask you a RARELY asked question………

What motivates you to work out?

Why in the world do you bother lifting weights? Why would any person bother with going to a gym?

If you said anything to extent of “improve my blood pressure,” “relieve stress,” or “set a good example,” I’m not buying it. I call these logical motivators. There is nothing wrong with those motivators and I agree those are excellent side benefits but let’s get real. I asked you to be frank with me. You don’t hit the gym multiple hours a week to improve your health profile.

You work out for emotional and irrational reasons.

You work out so you can attract an attractive person. Let’s face it, sexy people date sexy people. This requires you to have a physique that looks good in clothes and even better naked.

I think every man knows that to some degree, “bigger is better” in the hunt for improving your body for physical attraction. And make no mistake about it, the underlying message of every media message is “the better you look” the more action you get from the ladies… plain and simple.

Guess why this message is spread and not logical reasons? Because emotional reasons tug on your heart string and your heart string is attached to your wallet.

I am all for getting you to discover your irrational motivators if the side effect is consistent action.

It’s true…the combination of well-proportioned muscle mass and minimal body fat is a sign of reproductive fitness and shows that you have more testosterone than the other guy (even if you don’t). I don’t care how many “art of attraction” books you’ve read – if she’s looking for an adrenaline rush ride in a sports car and you look like a beaten down Pinto, then it doesn’t matter what you do or say, she’s not going to be interested.

Admitting That Looking Good Naked Is Your Motivator Is Not The Point Of This Message………
If we took a survey I am confident that looking good naked and hooking up is the most irrational and emotional desire that someone has for working out. I know people work out for other reasons but I would declare this the winner. Bare minimum, you want the most attractive lady at your work or school to think of you as the “go-to-guy” when she needs someone to help her move her furniture.

What Is An Irrational and Emotional Motivator?
Here are some examples:
* Not having girls notice you while you walk through the club, but grab you.
* Having girls tell their girlfriends, “Insert your name here… show my girlfriends your abs!”
*Hooking up with different girls every night of the week.
*Arms that rip the sleeves of your shirts and a chest that makes your top button pop off.
*“OMG…you’re so hot!”
*Intimidating guys to move out of the way when you walk by.
*Having others secretly jealous of what you have.
*Never having someone disagree with your point of view out of fear.

Logical Motivators For Working Out

* Improve your health.
* Less stress.
* Good role model.
* Balanced lifestyle.
* Clothes fit better.
* More energy.

You see the difference? Guess which individual gets better results? The person motivated by irrational motivators or logical motivators? The secret to achieve a first rate body is to figure out the true WHY – which is always an irrational and emotional reason.

Here’s how to figure out your irrational want:

1. Ask yourself, “Why do I work out?” If you said, “To feel better…” then ask the same question to your answer.

2. Ask yourself, “Why do I want to feel better?” If you said, “To be more productive at work…” then ask the same question to your answer.

3. Ask yourself again, “Why do I want to be more productive…” So that I can get a promotion and earn a bigger salary. Continue the pattern…
4. “Why do I want to get a bigger salary?” So that I can provide for my child’s education so they can have a future.

Notice how your reason for working out went from a very logical to emotional reason the more you asked why? The more honest you are with yourself, the faster you’ll get to your true reason why you work out.

Your why will be the difference between success and failure. This is a topic rarely discussed in the bodybuilding world and can create unstoppable motivation by uncovering the truth about yourself. There is no right or wrong answer. I only ask that you be honest with yourself. Now it’s your turn.

I want you to ask yourself, “Why do I really work out?” until you discover your irrational and emotional want. You might be very surprised to discover the real reason and what you really want. This exercise might take you a few minutes.

If you’re comfortable with sharing, in one sentence, state the emotional and irrational why behind your motivation for working out. What do you really want? I would love to hear your comments.

The supplement cartel and muscle magazine mafia is ROBBING you of 90% of the gains you SHOULD be getting.

But let me tell you about a gym-friend of mine named Tom (I’ll tell you more about him in the video) who trains at my gym.

Tom came to me and said,

“I’m tired of my friends teasing me and making me feel as if they could kick my butt anytime they wish. It’s a CRAPPY FEELING, especially when they call me ‘little buddy’ around the girls. My best friend tried to sympathize with me by saying, ‘Not everyone is meant to big and strong.’ The comments are endless and I hate feeling weak and helpless when a bigger guy in the bar is being a jerk around me or my girlfriends.”

Tom’s problem got WORSE when he told me,

“I’m even taking a few bodybuilding supplements with my hard earned money and busting my butt at the gym following the advice from the bodybuilding magazines and making really slow progress. Some months I look the exact same as the previous month and you can’t even tell I hit the gym and take supplements!”

=================
The Muscle Magazine Mafia and Supplement Cartel Is Robbing Tom And YOU Of 90% Of The Muscle Gains You Should Be Making
=================

Just like you and Tom, I went searching for the answers to becoming ripped and muscular so I could feel better about myself and more confident too.

What did I find?

The same DISAPPOINTMENT we all experience when you’re getting ROBBED by the mafia:

No progress. Frustration. Wasted money and time. Nothing to show for you efforts.
Luckily, my Skinny Guy Savior, an ex-natural bodybuilder of mine is the same guy who busted the industry wide open and revealed to me the DIRTY LITTLE LIES that I’m going to share with you.

I’ll tell you more about Tom with a video at the bottom of this page.

But for now, avoid these DIRTY LITTLE LIES…

===================
Dirty Little Lie #1: “Train Like A Bodybuilder To Look Like A Bodybuilder”
===================
You’ve heard it before, “Train like a bodybuilder to become a bodybuilder…”

This is the message screamed by everyone in the bodybuilding world and on the surface sounds perfectly logical. However, messages like this mislead millions of sheep with irresponsible training nonsense that will wreak havoc on your body.
The Truth is that imitating the training of champion bodybuilders is one of the most costly frauds in the exercise world! The instruction from elite bodybuilders has no practical relevance for average people like you and me.

People who are without gifted genetic potential, and don’t want syringe scars in our butts. Not only is this training advice useless, but it will cause over-training, injuries and illness.

The magazines who share the pro bodybuilders workouts will not tell you that drugs and genetics were responsible for curing their problem of being skinny. They claim it’s the supplements and “better training.” Give me a break!

====================
Dirty Little Lie #2: “If You Want Spectacular Muscle Growth And Strength, Follow The Magazines…”
====================
Every bodybuilding magazine claims they have the answers. But in fact, they would prefer to keep the real answers from you. From some nonsense I’ve seen I am lead to believe it is their job to keep the real answers from you!

If you’ve followed this prophet’s advice to gain weight, build muscle and increase strength then you already know that you’re guaranteed only one thing. 6 months from today, you will look just like you do now! And you’ll be pissed off. Not only will you build no muscle by following the sheep, but you will create muscular losses – fast. And you will become weaker!
Can you honestly say that your strength has increased incrementally over the years?

The Truth is that almost every single one of the training schedules in muscle magazines is outright hogwash. The authors fail to discuss two of the most critical components in exercise – one is good and one is bad:
“Intensity of effort” is good – Anything that greatly increases the intensity of exercise will greatly improve it.

“Amount of exercise” is bad – It is the amount of exercise that exhausts your recovery ability and makes growth impossible. It can even create a loss in your hard earned muscle size and strength.

===================
Dirty Little Lie #3: “The Body Of Your Dreams Is Locked Inside This Liquid… This Powder… Or These Pills.”
===================

According to the “experts” reviewing products in magazines, the latest scam – ah… I mean supplement is “the one” that’s going to perform magic on your body.

It’s “the one that is designed especially for guys like you. There’s only one problem. This new supplement designed just for you, has the same crap in it that the last supplement had in it. These “experts” are nothing more than pumped up salesmen. And how do you know when a salesman is lying to you? His lips are moving!

Ask yourself this: Did the last product you were sold deliver what it promised? I already know the answer. You’re here, aren’t you?

The Truth is that every major fitness magazine is owned and operated by a supplement company. The bulk of their income doesn’t come from magazine subscriptions or newsstand sales, but from the pills and powders they use to pump cash out of your pocket.

Let me repeat that again…

The bulk of their money is made by selling you crap! And here is the kicker…Supplement companies actually give out FALSE TRAINING INFORMATION on purpose!

Let me be more specific…

The majority of the bodybuilding information written by “the experts” is complete and total nonsense designed to make you fail, so that you’ll continue to rely on their products for results.

Results that will never come!

How much faith would you have in a restaurant review if it was written by that restaurant’s chef? Supplement companies are the chef… the waiter… the busboy and the owner.

Don’t believe me? You can look it up, just like I did.

* Iron Man is owned by Muscle Linc.
* Muscle Media was formerly owned by EAS.
* Muscular Development is owned by TwinLab.
* Status is owned by Magnum Nutraceuticals

and the big daddy of them all. The Grand Poobah… The Trump of Fitness… Weider Enterprises owns pretty much everything else.

*       Muscle And Fitness
*       Muscle And Fitness Hers
*       Flex
*       And More…

Basically…the guys who give glowing reviews about crap… work for the companies who make the crap! And get this – Weider Publications is now owned by the same people who own the National Enquirer and Star! Let that sink in for a moment.
